Welcome to Chestnut Farm Stables, we are a horse riding school and livery yard set in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. Our main aim is to provide the best quality teaching, and plenty of personal attention on carefully selected horses and ponies. Our clients range in experience, from specialist show jumping , cross country and dressage lessons and the opportunity to compete on our well schooled horses and ponies. We have some of the best countryside for those who simply want to hack and enjoy!

Here at Chestnut Farm stables we aim to be flexible in accommodating your needs. Alongside our horse riding lessons, our equestrian facilities offer a floodlit arena, over 35 acres of grazing land, horse walker, off road hacking, lecture room, cross country course, and equipment hire. 

For our more regular customers, we offer trips and horse transportation, with the occasional night away, to ride along the most scenic beaches in Norfolk. 

We are constantly upgrading our facilities to maximise our potential.

We offer a range of both private and group lessons for varied levels of experience from 4 years old upwards.

We can also currently provide lessons over our show jumps and cross country jumps that are set up out in the field.

Due to COVID19 we will endeavour to keep children outdoors as much as possible.

We would ask that anyone with COVID19 symptoms, or anyone that has been in contact with someone with COVID19 does not attend any activities at the stables.
